As a Project Manager, I have managed various projects applying the appropriate methodologies depending on the project's needs.Most recently, I was a program manager in Costco's SAP Global Supply Chain Program Management Office, responsible for planning, road-mapping and executing new projects on S/4HANA, among others systems. Over the past 3 years, I have been responsible for managing the technical HANA implementations of an extensive suite of SAP systems both On Prem and in the Azure Cloud. In the past, I also helped implement a newly defined agile methodology for Business Process Management (BPM) where projects successfully deliver BPM system releases into production every 4 weeks. Using this methodology I managed the two largest BPM projects for Non-Foods Quality Assurance and International Buying Departments at Costco. I have also managed multiple projects in Costco's fresh foods, compliance and merchandising areas. These projects include expanding Costco's meat and seafood traceability system, installing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for Costco's meat manufacturing plants, developing HAZMAT Compliance software, and creating a system for SAFE Port Act compliance.

Collaborated with programmers, engineers, business analyst, and end users in conceptualizing and developing new software programs as well as performing modifications to existing programs and systems.Assisted in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and software specifications. Assisted in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.Researched, identified, analyzed, and fulfilled requirements of all internal and external program users. Documented, and coded software programs and applications according to specifications.Trained end users to operate new or modified programs.
