Provides CFO/Financial Controller/Finance Manager services on a contract basis for SME private companies and ASX listed entities. Lake was a developer and marketer of digital signal processing systems and algorithms used in audio applications. Worked directly with the CEO and international Board of Directors, providing financial management, administrative, operational and corporate services, including all finance/accounting, contracts, legal, HR, IT, budget/planning and company secretarial matters. Friendly takeover by Dolby Laboratories (U.S.).

OLA covered the gamut of products and services supporting online e-commerce trading platforms. (Entity sold and existing operations wound up) Reported directly to the Board of Directors. Oversaw the operations including finance, accounting, contracts, legal, HR, IT, budget/planning and company secretarial duties.
