I have over twenty years of global operations, customer care and client relations leadership experience in BPO, Automotive, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Mortgage, Banking, Retail, Technology - in over 20 countries.Currently serving as President of the Board of Directors of the World Trade Association of Utah and as Sr. VP at Metasource.As COO at Vanderhall I had the opportunity to lead production, dealer network and supporting services of the Vanderhall Venice, Carmel and Edison autocycles. I led teams as a VP of Operational Excellence at Metasource and as COO of Focus Services where I was able to implement best practices in Mortgage Services and back office customer service bringing teams to their top levels of performance for Telecom, Healthcare, Finance clients. BPO worked performed in both domestic and international locations.As VP/GM over Qualfon's Mexico operations I more than doubled the business and significantly improved KPIs and profitability. I also lead a team of back office employees in The Philippines and the US for Qualfon (Mortgage/Title). At Qualfon I had awesome clients like large search engine, ride sharing, car connectivity, traffic and ticket processing, healthcare and several home title processing companies.Prior to Qualfon I worked for Xerox and ACS. There I was on a special integration team and helped identify approximately $50 million in savings over two years. I had an opportunity to help train and lead many of those projects in the US, Canada, France, UK, Ireland and Brazil. This was a great way for me to quickly get to know the leadership of our new combined company. This experience led to my next opportunity to run a very large Managed Print Services region for Xerox. Before the acquisition I held several Division Vice President roles in Healthcare, Finance, Mortgage and Logistics.Each of these experiences, from being part of a small private company to being part of the leadership that helped that company grow to a $6.5B public company with 88,000 employees (which was then purchased by Xerox), has given me the opportunity to continue to develop my leadership skills by leading the operations team, owning the P&L, quality, client relations, SLAs and continued process improvements to the business. I am able to provide executive leadership, look at business processes, simplify them, and motivate employees to be more productive through a special pay for performance incentive plan.
