I am a seasoned Principal Enterprise Architect technical leader with over 2 decades of experience. I have a strong background in Architectural methods, frameworks, platforms, operations, development, technical governance, and consulting. I have cross industry experience (Automotive, Passenger Railway, Passenger Air Travel, Consumer Retail & Distribution, and Hospitality). Working in these industries, I have an understanding of regulatory compliance such as HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), FRA, FAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS. I have depth in several Industry 4.0 concepts such as IIOT, Edge processing, Data Analytics, Digital Twins, and AI/ML. I build and lead large teams to develop strategic architectures for enterprise-wide initiatives to solve business problems. My teams design and develop cost effective solutions focused on TCO and ROI, manageability, and support. My goals are aligned for success utilizing a variety of Hybrid Cloud and Data Center based technologies. I have led successful solution design and delivery of many projects, including a first of a kind migration to Cloud, Large Scale end to end Enterprise Storage upgrades, Midrange refreshes, Mainframe refreshes, Networking upgrades, and Disaster Recovery. As a managed services architectural leader, I have led many account facets, such as contract negotiations, planning, financial components, day to day account operations, support, and governance. I participate in monthly governance reviews as well as driving and highlighting delivered innovation.
