Significant Application, ETL and data movement development on SSIS, resulting in 80% reduction in custom code environment and deeply reduced PCI scope. Entire project including new network and egress firewalls completed in 10 months. ▫ Cut 250k annually by consolidating from three mail systems and anti spam solutions to a distributed Exchange 2013 environment with HW load balanced front-ends and redundant clustered mailboxes. ▫ SQL Server Enterprise Data Warehouse and Info Builders Business Intelligence and Analytics stack. Manage a team of 16 technical professionals (Application Development, LAN/WAN, Infrastructure, Virtualization, High Availability including HSRP, Infrastructure Operations, Data Security and DBA), in a matrix environment (50+) with an annual budget in excess of $30M, approaching $1B in sales. Leading team to personal and professional development through experiential learning, formal training and certification.Current focus on improving capacity, responsiveness, scale and resiliency of messaging and communications infrastructure (Exchange, Lync, VoIP, FAX) and building baseline metrics for reporting across store, brand, business unit and data centers.
