● Direct management of distribution from Rio de Janeiro plant, including two major warehouses, 7 direct reports and 60 3PL employees;

● International and local purchase of goods and services including logistics services, supply boats, helicopter transportation, chase-vessel chartering, customs broker fee (REPETRO and consumables), equipment for drilling services and seismic vessels;● 9.3 million dollars reported as savings due to improvements on procurement process, reduction of 60% the number of purchase requisitions waiting for solution, implemented a new structure at the Procurement department, and increase satisfaction of internal clients.● Development of a fleet dimensioning process which avoided a cost of BRL 2.4 MM/year in road transport spend.

• Project design for the enhancement of a CO2 railroader transport, aiming to reduce a R$ 1 million/ year;• Creation of a system to dimension the transport fleet and inventories of Natural gas (LNG).

• Coordination of the scheduling/programming area obtaining 12% lesser time in routes and logistic development projects.

• Achieved the reduction of R$ 600 mil in product transfer and active participation as implementer of SAP system.
