Report to the Regional Manager for Gauteng and receive quarterly reviews from the Group General Manager. Key accounts range from Coca-Cola, Automa, Twinsaver, Unilever, Pioneer Foods, Tiger Brands, Edward Snell, Pepsico, Simba, Ford and Toyota. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES•Quoting, proposals, and development of the P&ID.•Develop engineered solutions including financial models.•Develop case studies for the junior team members.•Key Account Management.•Determine construction and engineering methodology to be used, and market research to ensure continual best practice.•Prepare and deliver all-inclusive and competitive proposals and tenders.•Strict adherence to newly set out business targets and company quality management systems Viz: ISO9001/18001/45001•Constantly networking to bring investors to the business to ensure new growth within. •Weekly, monthly reporting on sales and new business development in the Gauteng office. Engineering Designs:•A closed-loop system designed and implemented at Automa generated a decrease of 60% of their utility bill. •Continuous flow R/O plant design with optimization regarding minimalizing waste of effluent at Edward snell. •Continuous flow R/O plant design reducing the external flow of 1500 ppm Cl to 500ppm Cl returned to aquafer. •Ultra- & Nano-filtration plant design @ Pioneer Foods to reduce loss of protein products. •Batch Flow R/O Plant design at Nickle Refinery with complete P&ID and ROI Model.

CPE Developments is a financial, construction, and engineering firm that property developers, construction companies, and engineering companies trust with their project costing, process development, and capital raising.Mainly responsible for engineering innovation and R&D, proposals as well as the product development thereof for clients in the property development, manufacturing, and agricultural industries. Reported to the Group CEO.KEY PROJECTS (total value ZAR87million)•Touch Down Group (4 Resorts): Engineering design and ROI model of efficient- and wastewater treatment plants.•Beekman Group (2 Resort): Engineering design of optimized water treatment plants utilizing solar power, and execution of all designs, costing.•Fortress Group: Provided and executed solar and water treatment system design and manufacturing for 3 commercial properties.•Temi Developments: Water treatment system design and implementation for 2 high-level residential developments. Green status was achieved on both buildings as a result of the solar and water efficiency design. •Redefined Properties: Water security solution designs, implementing alternative water source and nano-filtration and chlorination plant for 2 industrial properties.•Distell: Effluent-, rain-, and groundwater treatment plant design and execution.•SAB: Black- and greywater treatment plant design, manufacturing and execution.•CC Chickens: Closed-loop system design of temperature-controlled rooms utilizing greywater. •Senwes: Solar driven water treatment plant (packaged containerized unit) •VKB Chicken Abattoir: Nano-filtration and Chlorination plant design, manufacturing and execution on site. •OVK Feedlot: Ultrafiltration and efficient water system design (utilized grey water waste for crate washing) •John Numbi (DRC): Closed-loop system design of temperature-controlled rooms utilizing greywater, and implementation and design of an ultrafiltration plant using UV as final disinfectant rather than chlorine.

Part of project team for the Touch Down Group. Developed, manufactured and installed underground greywater filtration units for 30 houses. Firstly developed a feasible design and ran financial models to determine the ROI of a 20-year Capex spend. Project came in on time and under budget. Maintenance manuals and training schedules were compiled for staff at the resort. Project (value ZAR700K)• Responsible for the budget, schedule development, market research, writing up reports from on-site visits, proposals, and product improvements. • Ensure process and engineering design are according to scale and develop the relevant support documents. • Research possible funding solutions for research and development projects approved for the directors.
