An attorney with a background in workers compensation, insurance defense, litigation management and product liability, she is passionate about helping companies reduce their workers' comp costs while improving communication with workers and supervisors. She serves on the LexisNexis Workers Compensation Executive Committee and was selected by Lexis Nexis as a Notable Person for 2010. Formerly, she was in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 corporation in New Hampshire where she developed a cost containment program for 80 business units that reduced workers compensation claims 60%. She developed workers comp consulting practices for Marsh & McLennan and Aon, including Aon's "Comp Camp." At both organizations, she was responsible for training consultants and oversight of workers compensation cost containment consulting projects. Rebecca developed the National Workers Compensation Management Score and Workers Comp Kit, a patented, automated on-line tool kit process owned by Safety National. The score indicates how many best practices a company has implemented. The tool kit provides "Recommendations for Improvement", benchmarking and educational modules including forms, documents, brochures, presentations, scripts and other tools an employer needs to reduce their workers comp costs. Rebecca has spent 25 years advising companies of all sizes and all industries including airlines, bus/transportation, theme/entertainment facilities, grocery operations, retail chains, printing/publishing, pharmaceutical, healthcare and many others.
