Job Responsibilities:• Managing and reviewing the overall accounting transactions and activities.• Reviewing journal entries, A/R, A/P and Reconciliations• Monthly closing of accounts and reporting to management, review all entries made by the transactional team.• Prepare schedule of prepayments, accruals, deferred revenue, and another necessary adjustment to close the books monthly.• Monitoring cash positions and plan payments according to forecasted resources and collections.• Maintenance of Bank accounts & preparation of bank reconciliation along with the allocation of receipts. And payments to specific customers and suppliers.• Coordinating with the internal audit team and liaising with external auditors to complete external audit.• Managing all Bank matters and ensures funds are deposited on time daily.• Performing other administrative duties as Delegated by the management.• Coordinated the Payroll function for over 200+ employees.
