She has been a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior management. She helped anticipate and manage multiple issues and crisis situations for clients across sectors including addressing sexual harassment cases, resolving media boycotts, mitigating employee backlash, addressing errant dealers, to name a few.She is currently the founder of Mediation Mantras. The purpose of the mediation consultancy is to help communities and organisations build winning relationships by amicably resolving conflicts and help in preserving and transforming fractured relationsOver the past 5 years, she has mediated several high profile senior leadership conflict towards amicable and sustainable solutions across sectors including the financial, education and the NGO sector. She has developed a unique model on workplace conflict resolution and conducted several training workshops on “How to have difficult conversations to transform relationships” and helped leaders across various organizations including general managers, psychological counsellors, HR professionals, top security personnel, women leaders and fellows.She has been a faculty at the Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) and Sage Mediation institute for Leadership. She was the founder President for Hill+Knowlton Strategies for 9 years. She led a team of over 150 employees across 5 cities. She was instrumental in driving the merger of IPAN (local PR firm) and Hill+Knowlton Strategies (Global Communications consultancy) in 2009 and grew the business manifold. Prior to that she was a Partner and then grew to become the Chief of Strategic Planning at Genesis Burson-Mastellar. She was in charge of the service quality Index (SQI) for the top 20 clients. She worked with the teams across offices to address the issues and help teams problem solve. In advertising, she was the Client Servicing Director at FCB Ulka where she worked for almost 9 years. She is an Aspen Fellow as well as the Honorary Secretary to CanSupport, an NGO which is a leader in palliative care for the underprivileged. Selected as jury member for multiple international and national awards including the prestigious Cannes Festival of PR and Advertising.
