At this operational company, I am responsible for all aspects managing an S-Corporation company. I manage approximately 5-7 direct personnel with more than 20 indirect personnel. I have taken a pivotal role in obtaining & maintaining state licensing, Joint Commission Accreditation, Medicare certification along with various other private insurances for the company. I interface with officials to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements of a Home Health Agency. I manage departments for all OASIS transmissions and Palmetto billing platforms through various interfaces. I manage the computer networking and IT resources. I manage patient tracking software and all IT support functions. I manage all accounting functions of the company to include payroll, invoicing, AR/AP, cost reporting and bookkeeping. I analyze Medicare billing remittances and project anticipated payment and final payment schedules through common working files. I develop positive relationships within the company and within the local community for business advancement.

Advisory position to the ACHHAI. Advising and assisting the Officers and members on corporate business structures, drafting policies and commercial transactions.

A shareholder and part owner of this Home Health Agency at that time. As Vice President, I played an integral part in getting this company off the ground and running as a business....an interesting start up experience to say the least!

I supported the Memory Module production line with a team of people to ensure documentation and departmental goals were met. I performed in a variety of other positions with my tenure with Micron such as Surface Mount Equipment Support Technician, Technical Writer II, Documentation Control Engineer and Technician, Spec Writer, SPC Coordinator, FAB Wet/Dry Etch Equipment Maintenance Technician. I supported manufacturing of memory modules on up to 8 automated production lines and have work a variety of shifts in a global environment. I am familiar with production standards, SPC and basic Lean Manufacturing concepts.
