13+ years of experience in the IT industry as a Database Consultant, experience in delivering Solutions, Transformation and Migration of Database platforms including AWS Cloud and On-Premises with project management and leadership skills.- Experience on AWS Cloud – EC2 Instances, VPC & Subnets, AWS Relational Database Services (RDS - SQL Server, Aurora DBs and MySQL), Database Migration Services (DMS) and Amazon S3.- Experience with observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Redgate SQL Monitor, Idera, SolarWinds DPA, SQL Sentry, and SolarWinds SAM to enhance monitoring and optimization capabilities.- Experience in Pre/Post Sales process, driving and engaging directly with customers, partners account team to understand the business needs, and then prove and design customer business and solutions (including demos, solution designing, implementation plans and proof of concepts), ensure technical viability and successful deployments.- Experience in performance analysis, identifying the biggest bottlenecks, creating and implementing remediation plan to improve system and application performance resulting in improved response time, application availability, reduced resource requirement and cost.- Experience on migration and transformation which includes platform and database servers - P2V, V2V, On-premises to Cloud or onto Nutanix Hyper-Conversed environment migration from proof of concept to rollout, migrated 300+ Servers.- Proposed, designed and implemented High Availability and Disaster Recovery solution for Databases (using Windows Clustering, AlwaysON, Master-Slave setup on DB layer) for mission critical applications to meet business requirement and RPO/RTO.- Experience in automating infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps tools - Terraform.- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent managerial and individual role-playing capabilities.- Excellent knowledge of ITIL Process, Lean-Agile framework and DevOps methodologies.- Documentation skills for detailing the HL/LL design, asset inventory, presentation materials, creating processes and procedures like creation of SOPs / MOPs, Run-Books, document RCA (Root Cause Analysis) etc.
