I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, a technical degree in accounting, and I'm also learning to code. I am currently the TA Ops Manager at Nubank, a leading digital bank in Latin America, where I lead a technical team that optimizes and supports our recruiting efforts.In my role, I oversee the TA systems and tools, vendor management, budget, and compliance, working closely with multiple teams inside People & Culture. I also maintain the TA mentorship program and mentor high-potential team members on data analysis and leadership. Before that, I was a Principal Tech Recruiter, a Technical Recruiting Manager, and a Tech Recruiter at Nubank, where I handled senior searches, shared best practices, created the mentorship program, and took on program management for TA projects.
