As a corporate recruiter, I am responsible for talent acquisition across multiple business units within Integrated Electronics Technology, Inc in both exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will remotely support hiring leaders and locations throughout the Gulf Coast. I work closely with hiring leaders to meet staffing goals while ensuring that applicants meet the position qualifications.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Source and interview candidates from multiple recruiting platforms including but not limited to job postings, networking, referrals, resume searches, and reviewing received applications• Screen candidates and forward qualified candidates to hiring leaders to continue interview process• Assist with scheduling leader interviews• Manage internal posting process• I am responsible for external talent acquisition for several business units• Main focus of recruiting will be for positions within the following departments: technical, operations, leadership, administrative services• Network and maintain relationships with colleges/universities, job fairs, technical schools, career centers, veterans, etc.• Assist with writing offer letters and candidate rejection letters• Responsible for timely identification of assessing hiring issues• Report on status of open positions• Provide training and coaching to hiring managers on interview techniques, application selection, and hiring process as needed.• Additional duties as assigned

Conducts recruiting operations in an area covering 32,505 square miles in order to procure qualified health care professionals for the Army and Army Reserves; contacts, interviews, and counsels health care specialists on the benefits of service as a commissioned officer; coordinates recruiting activities in 16 colleges and 45 hospital programs; attends national, state and local medical conventions promoting a positive image of the Army Medical Department; trains, mentors, and accounts for all Future Officers.

Directs and leads an Army recruiting center consisting of 10 Active Army, Army Reserve Soldiers and 80 newly enlisted Soldiers; responsible for the professional development of subordinates and accountable for the morale, health, welfare, and discipline of Soldiers; implements and maintains the recruiting center management system; maintains control and accountability of government property valued at $400,000.

Served as a HVAC repairman in the US Army. I was stationed in Katterbach, Germany, FT Rucker, AL, Camp Stanley, Korea, and Fort Hood, TX.
