Project Title: SABRE (Standard Chartered Analytics Booking and Risk Engine)Description: It is the Financial Markets (FM) strategic initiative for pricing and risk management. Project SABRE delivers the "building blocks" on which future FM applications can be built upon. Project Title: RBS WorldPay (PSP)Description: RBS has its own payment gateway named WorldPay. RBS’s STREAMLINE is the second largest acquirer the world and handles around 10 % of world’s transactions using its payment gateway. The PSP also supports external acquirers e.g. AMEX, NATWEST etc. The PSP provides multiple applications such as Merchant Admin Interface, Internal Admin, and Shopper Admin to manage various orders, payments, reports, audits, acquirer accounts, payment routes, batches etc. along with different user roles and permissions.Responsibilities• Gaining understanding of various payment functionalities. Training the team members and mentoring them.• Creating Test Plans for new change requests and enhancements. Obtaining approvals/ sign offs from business.• Creating test scenarios and test cases in HP Quality center for various BEG’s (business engagement group requests).• Blackbox testing of the application. Regression, system testing.• Executing SQL scripts to check the test data.• Checking server logs and executing various types of jobs on the UNIX box.• Carrying out translations testing.• Defect reporting/ tracking using HP Quality Center.• Preparing test completion reports for a CR / Patch / Release.

AutoCAD drawings are generally created by architects and then distributed to draftsmen, plumbers, electricians etc. With Acrobat PDFMaker installed, the architect can create PDF’s which have all the drawing intricacies in it and send them to people who can then view it in a free PDF viewer. They do not need an AutoCAD installation. Also PDF is the best way to save the file as it cannot be further tampered or corrupted.The project aims at testing the conversion process of AutoCAD drawings to PDF using Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker. This includes creation of AutoCAD drawing files ranging from basic sanity ones to complex real world look alike files. These files are then converted to PDF through various workflows. The converted files are evaluated on various criteria’s such as conversion preferences, fidelity, file size, conversion time, 2D/3D conversions etc. The testing is to be carried out on multiple platforms for all supported versions of AutoCAD and Acrobat.

Blaze advisor is a business intelligence tool with an inbuilt rule based engine. Business applications can be developed with this tool which can use the underlying rule engine to validate their data and perform actions based on predefined business rules. Smartforms is a plug-in to develop UI applications which interact with the Blaze rule engine using java objects. These applications can then be deployed and hosted over an application server for the customers.
