Accustomed to working under pressure and changes, I am a dynamic and resolute person, there are skills that I have developed during my more than 10 years of work experience in customer service and in contact with commercial departments of multinationals from different sectors. This professional training has been combined and completed with my university studies in Marketing and Market Research, thus enriching my knowledge of Promotional Marketing, CRM, survey development and statistical analysis and interpretation of the results of these. In addition I have a background in Industrial Design and Product Development, which allows me to provide visual solutions to possible demands detected with market research. I also have a superior course in Creation and management of micro-companies, linked to the economic part that I have also been able to learn within my university degree.
