Priority Banking || Consumer Private and Business BankingJob Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of priority clients, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their financial needs and goals.Achieve and exceed the financial and sales targets set by the branch and the bank for building assets and liabilities of priority clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and participate in sales promotions and campaigns organized by the branch or other sales channels.Communicate with clients and potential clients for sales opportunities, and provide them with professional advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.Provide high quality service to priority clients, ensuring their transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, and their enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.Monitor and maintain the service quality standards of the branch, and implement actions to improve the client satisfaction and loyalty.Comply with the Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Reputation Risk, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanction and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) policies and procedures of the bank, and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities.Ensure the operational risk and control environment of the branch is robust and secure, and achieve satisfactory audit ratings from internal and external auditors.Collaborate and communicate effectively with the branch team, area director, business risk management team, credit team, and other stakeholders within the bank.Demonstrate the values of the bank and uphold the Here for good culture in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the community.
