Developed a new member trustee engagement strategy in partnership with senior leadership to engage over 2000 universities’ trustees and governors, managing teams from 4 different consultancies to deliver that strategy.Managed procurement of consulting and services from assessing needs through internal/external consultations, through the RFP and proposal process, due diligence and proposal scoring, through to vendor selection and project management.

Partnering with USDoEd and 3 guaranty agencies• Provided oversight on behalf of the US government for a grants programme that increased graduation rates by 7.3% across 147 post-secondary institutions in the US that disproportionately serve underprivileged minority students with a combined student body of 815,000.

• Designed a four year evaluation of Mississippi community college participation with Achieving the Dream, an evidence-based institutional transformation programme• Designed data collection protocols and oversaw initial interviews of relevant college staff

• Drafted a report detailing the current research on adult student success (application, matriculation, completion, persistence, and graduation).• Developed briefs for federal policymakers and post-secondary institutions detailing how that research could inform policy and programme design.
