This involved fully centralizing back-office processes, restructuring employment, and optimizing the bank's branch network. Additionally, I oversaw the implementation of a platform for WEB-services and workflow for the majority of processes related to mandated activities (e.g., government programs KFD, EU, RDP), as well as support for the credit process. Furthermore, I led the implementation of infrastructure and principles for electronic document circulation, as well as the digitization and centralization of paper and electronic repository resources. I also prepared the assumptions and procedures for purchasing (in accordance with government procurement regulations) for the central banking system.

The business model was open, featuring a nationwide distribution platform for consumer finance products - primarily cash credit, car loans, and mortgage loans cross-sold with insurance. Within 12 months of operations, we rose to become one of the largest mortgage brokers in Poland, achieving annual sales of 450 million PLN.
