White Bat Coordinator
Current- Coordinated, documented and reported on Service Level Agreement (SLA) supporting computer login performance measurements. Scheduled assigned orientations, recorded all results and produced end of convention report. Developed MS access database and “Quick reference Guide” to assist managers with both the execution and reporting of the SLA. - Compiled comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOP) addressing the installation of newly installed office practices for White Bat volunteers. SOP provided field white bats with detailed, step-by-step instructions for set-up and configuring parameters of the convention.- Recruited, trained, and supervised 200 volunteers throughout the duration of the convention.- Strong organizational skills, time management, great customer service, self – motivated, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
