Site Construction Manager for the Alba B3 Jacket scope at the Vlissingen fabrication yard during that time. Oversaw project Scheduling and Change Management for Site Fabrication, Hookup and Commissioning of the Alba B3 Compression Topsides diligently working to ensure a high level of communication between the project team and contractor. ConocoPhillips Sweeny Refinery – Old Ocean, TX; 2008 – 2009 Developed and maintained the resource loaded Primavera construction schedules for the federally mandated Wet Gas Scrubber (WGS) and Selective Catalytic Reactor (SCR) major projects. Developed the initial baseline and secondary target schedules for the WGS and SCR projects as well as the detailed turnaround schedule for the SCR project. Integrated the engineering and procurement schedules from third party engineering contractor with the construction schedules and updated the client with the end to end EPC schedules for both projects. Shell Chemical Westhollow Technology Center – Houston, Texas; 2006 – 2008 Responsible for Project Management, Design and Implementation of the Work Order Management Process based on the SAP work processes. Coordinated with Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Instrumentation and Procurement to ensure that all aspects of the work order process were accounted for. Provided assistance for the necessary transition from a self-directed work team organizational structure to a more structured discipline-craft workforce organization. Performed software testing for KBRs Primavera upgrades.
