ConocoPhillips Sweeny Refinery – Old Ocean, TX; 2008 – 2009 Developed and maintained the resource loaded Primavera construction schedules for the federally mandated Wet Gas Scrubber (WGS) and Selective Catalytic Reactor (SCR) major projects. Developed the initial baseline and secondary target schedules for the WGS and SCR projects as well as the detailed turnaround schedule for the SCR project. Integrated the engineering and procurement schedules from third party engineering contractor with the construction schedules and updated the client with the end to end EPC schedules for both projects.
