• Attend CPA Ontario meetings• Act as a resource for any students seeking information on the CPA designation• Promote and recruit students for CPA Ontario competitions (CPA Challenge, Chartered for Finance, Rule the Tube)• Promote and participate in CPA-related conferences on campus• Promote the CPA designation through on campus initiatives

• Monitor account balances and organize/track all revenues and expenses using Microsoft Excel • Collect cash and cheques (responsible for cashbox). • Provide different executives with a cashbox and float as needed for their events. • Work alongside the President and VP Sponsorship to contact and invoice sponsors. • Maintain communication with President, VP Sponsorship and entire sponsorship team through Google Docs and regular meetings. • Approve and reimburse executive members as needed.

• Collected donations and sponsors to support various events, including the main annual gala• Played a leading role in raising over $58 000 to donate to CHEO at the 2013 Gala• Participated in and helped organize various charity events run by Telfer and around the city of Ottawa. • Coordinate all activities at the front desk/reception area• Respond to all inquiries about Greco programs and inform clients about all programs and supplements• Calculate and prepare end of day cash deposits and compute and manage inventory levels on a daily basis• Maintain all schedules, fitness consultations and follow up communication with clients• Compile daily reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel• Maintain MindBody Client database and develop and grow relationships with all of the valued clients
