Presently working as a Sr. Manager – Service, handling Workshop related Service & Spares operations, to make workshop as a profit center by implementing the new systems & procedures.  As a service Head, taking care of Service, Spares, Workshop Equipment maintenance, training, new constructions & Admn related issues etc., Taking care of customer satisfaction and resolving the complaints (both legal & customers)  Planning & ensuring the service promotions & marketing initiatives to improve customer retention & business levels.  To improve workshop Productivity & Efficiency, set & review the MAPs periodically & conduct performance appraisal. Warranty activities & make sure that all the claims get settled. Planning, identifying & requite the suitable Manpower and trained them in systems & procedures Coordinating with Union & community personals, make sure there are no manpower issues.

As a Unit Head, taking care of Service, Spares, Workshop maintenance & controlling of manpower. Implementing systems & procedures, service promotion activities / marketing initiatives etc Planning & ensuring timely execution of Vehicles cost & Time Estimations, CSI, Timely delivery of service vehicles etc Coordination with principals, to get settlements for warranty, pre sale, Free services.  Delegation of authority & responsibility to the team members to achieve desired quality of delivery work to meet their Targets, by Boosting working environment in the workshop & inspire desire of self-motivation Plan & provide resources to the team members for the up gradation of technical skills in line with recent technological requirements. Planned for Job rotation, among the engineers in the group for the gaining multiple skills & up gradation. Establish the system to ensure that all the activities of the group are properly tracked. To improve workshop Productivity & Efficiency, set MPAs to the Service Engineers, Service Advisors & Technicians, review them periodically & conduct performance appraisal Planning, identifying & requite the suitable Manpower & trained them.

As Floor In-charge, taking care of the service vehicles - Planning & ensuring of Timely delivery by improving timely execution of repair cost & Time Estimations, CSI Extract Quality work from all the teams & technicians, by improving their technical skills through brief them latest technical manuals / Service Circulars. Preparation of daily reports labour received & time spent on service vehicles & Boosting the Service Engineers, Service Advisors & Technicians to reach their Targets. Training all new recruiters with the policy of the company and training then with all the latest service updates from M/s. Maruti Udyog. Also involved in Audit department for periodical checking of all machineries, jigs and tools, prepare Audit report for the purpose of ISO certifications
