Current• Install and upgrade Datamed software (ECG Middleware) to 1000+ hospitals and vendors worldwide. This includes compiling software and Sentinal HASP licensing package via dongle or software licensing and ensuring installation configuration and testing with customer/vendor. • Lead help desk manager for Datamed customers to resolve issues specific to Datamed and troubleshoot network, server, and antivirus issues that impact Datamed functionality.• Assess the needs of customers and vendors and create a network diagram workflow to explain which cardiograph device(s) and ECG storage host system best meets their needs and how the integration of data will work.• Built an internal test lab with program developers and created a network of VMs using all Windows OS series and hosted on ESXi. Conduct testing for each installation to verify that all Datamed software is compatible with vendor’s software and hardware (ie, cardiographs, patient bedside monitoring systems, and host management systems/EMRs). Document findings and work with developers to resolve any bugs before product release.• Perform data migration from a hospital’s existing EKG/ECG data management system to another (i.e., GE MUSE, Philips TraceMaster Vue/iECG) and partner with the manufacturers to ensure a smooth transition.• Maintain customer tracking system in Salesforce and Quickbooks to ensure accurate records of all customer data, including a support ticket tracking system, products purchased, support contracts, and billing details.• Developed training manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for internal staff, customers, and vendors to help streamline support for quick and effective resolutions and enhance their experience.
