Document findings and work with developers to resolve any bugs before product release.• Perform data migration from a hospital’s existing EKG/ECG data management system to another (i.e., GE MUSE, Philips TraceMaster Vue/iECG) and partner with the manufacturers to ensure a smooth transition.• Maintain customer tracking system in Salesforce and Quickbooks to ensure accurate records of all customer data, including a support ticket tracking system, products purchased, support contracts, and billing details.• Developed training manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for internal staff, customers, and vendors to help streamline support for quick and effective resolutions and enhance their experience. -
