Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed along with all security tasks , searches are completed during and after each shift.Ensure all training ( Health & safety included ) is completed within the time scale as per company procedure.Complete daily transport audit to insure all fleet vehicles are legal and road worthy , insuring any vehicle defects are rectified in a timely manor insuring minimal impact on the business.Dealing with all HR , Disciplinary and absent issues as and when they happen in a timely manner.Organizing / arranging Staffing levels to allow for employee's holiday without being detrimental to the Business.
