• 66K sqft. A pre-let call centre in Glasgow for Tui Thomson Holidays. Lot Size £8.5M.
• 4 major industrial buildings in Doncaster let to prestigious companies comprising;o 190K sqft. A pre-let to Felllowes, the U.S based manufacturer of records storage systems, PC accessories & shredders. Lot Size £8M.o.
• 2 office schemes in York comprising;o 37K sqft. Let to Corries Solicitors, a Top 500 Legal firm. Lot Size £6.7M.o 15K sqft. Let to U.S based ACM Global Central Laboratory, a health care firm. Lot Size £1.4M.

I forward funded a 20,000 sqft out of town Dixons superstore that was developed by a small scale developer. I concluded the funding deal from start to finish in 3 days and subsequently oversaw our Monitoring Surveyor’s role. I worked on a pre-let edge of town retail scheme in Sheffield pre-let to Staples and Childrens World. I also worked on other projects within the company’s land portfolio, including letting a courtyard office scheme in Nottingham. I put forward a Lidl scheme that was refused planning permission.

I benefited from a wide experience including managing a multi let industrial estate. I developed, from inception to completion a Charlie Browns Autocentre and IMO car wash in Hereford. I assisted with managing a bid to Rugby Council for a major town centre retail scheme. The bid was successful, beating off many notable retail developers at the time..
