In his 40+ years in the financial services industry, Mr. Robbins has an established and strong record of leadership and relationships with various major firms; Managing Director, Josephthal & Co., Inc.; Chairman and CEO, Liberty Securities Corporation; President, Liberty Financial Bank Group; President, SunAmerica Capital Services; Executive Vice President, SunAmerica Asset Management; and Senior Vice President, Monarch Financial Services. He was also principal of a consulting firm that advised and consulted with major financial services and business firms on business, operational, marketing and sales operations and activities. He has been with DPEC Partners for 10 years, where he currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the company and its subsidiary InvestBio, Inc., and affiliate InvestProperty Group, LLC.

Built a very successful consulting business serving the financial services industry. Focus of business was on areas of expertise and core competencies listed above.

In this position was directly responsible for all sales and marketing activities for this mutual fund and asset management company. Totally responsible for defining and implementing strategic direction as well as long and short-term objectives. Set and administered budgets as well as initiated cost controls to insure profitability. Upgraded the quality of investment services for clients by instituting changes in portfolio management operations. Initiated improvements in the promotional materials to boost marketing efforts. Instituted new methods of communication to enhance responsiveness to clients. Recruit, hire and train a national wholesale sales force and establish and build relationships with broker dealers, financial institutions, insurance companies and 3rd party marketing firms.

Served as strategic member of a team that built a new insurance/investment (mutual fund) product and company. Formed and built this new company from the ground up - operations and distribution. Product was first in the industry and set sales records for a number of years. Served as company spokesperson that resulted in billions of dollars of new assets being raised.
