At the turn of the century, I graduated from high school with sub-par grades, a dead-end night shift job at UPS and no sense of direction.A year and a half later I moved to a new city, enrolled into the local community college, worked hard to significantly improve my grades and accomplished my goal of being accepted into Baylor University.That initial journey culminated into a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship and many life-changing experiences including living in The Netherlands, backpacking through Europe and being the first in my family to receive a college degree.Prior to graduation, I accepted an associate position with a Dallas area financial services company and worked to develop my skills in sales, client relations, financial planning and risk management.During this time I began to flip houses on the side and quickly realized I had a passion for building. I followed this passion into the construction industry where I've spent the last 10 years developing some award winning single-family, multi-family and commercial properties.Today I work on all types of projects from coast-to-coast including re-development, new construction, historical preservation, adaptive re-use and infrastructure.
