-Working as a QA/QC chemist for Ludhiana beverages Private Limited(Coca-Cola).- Handling PET Line operation, performing tests related to PET line bottles and maintaining GMP, QC records of carbonated soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, ThumsUp, Fanta), hot-fill juices (Maaza, Minute Maid Juices ) & packaged drinking water as per KORE guidelines.-Performing various RM/PM/FG analytical tests like Brix, CO2, Pressure, PET bottle check (Base clearance, Diameter) sensory & Shelf-life analysis -Analyzes and maintains data as per KORE guidelines of The Coca-Cola Company.-Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure the production of high-quality products free of flaws and inconsistencies.-Part of the sensory team and successfully completed the "Sensory Panelist training course" under the Global Coca-Cola Sensory Program.-Imparting training to shop floor workers & production operators on GMP, GHP etc.-Testing of Packaged Drinking water as per BIS guidelines.-Calibration & maintenance of equipment at required frequencies as per calibration program.-Implementing and monitoring HACCP in the beverage manufacturing process.Comply with GMP regulations and follow all standards.-Review, revise and write standard operating procedures.-Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed in the non-conforming area. -Have handled analytical instruments like Refractometer, Weighing Balance, Top Load M/C, and Base Clearance check.- Monitoring PRP, OPRP, and CCP at the site.- Implementation of GMP, HACCP, ISO & to minimize losses and maximize productivity, and further help in Process Improvement.
