Believing in people's evolution capacity and to know, in a positive way, to explore the best of each one, helping them to learn from their mistakes, successes and relationship difficulties, is one of the most important things for me. I'm happy to be able to influence those around me, to pass on their knowledge to other people and show them that, by doing so, they will be preparing to take on new roles. I'm always focused on making my team better than me, in every way, and I fight so that the exacerbated ego and the arrogance aren't present when they talk about me.In the family sphere, one of my biggest goals is to keep my family together, guiding and maintaining open dialogues so that everyone is able to overcome challenges, with balance and emotional intelligence, at all times in their lives.About my professional career, I started in the IT (Information Technology) area when I was 16, creating websites and teaching computer classes. After two years, I started working at a sugar, alcohhol and energy mill in the São Paulo countryside, where I worked for 9 years and ended my journey as an IT Supervisor, participating in the most important phase of that company's growth history and collaborating with its technological development, through dozens of projects. During that time I graduated in Computer Science, I specialized in Financial Accounting Management and, in parallel, I invested hundreds of hours in courses, from technicians to people management. Still, always engaged in side projects, I co-founded some businesses, such as (a) employment agency, (b) business and popular events and (c) product distribution.In 2012, I accepted a proposal to work in a multi-company group, where the Information Technology sector had a strategic role. During these past years, I managed dozens of projects, which helped me and still help me - becouse I continue to work for it - immensely, with my professional experience and continued to specialize in all areas of IT. In 2017, I was a co-founder of BPOit, a company providing services in Information Technology, whose main objective is to bring a management system focused on simplicity, flexibility and robustness to the global market, in addition to providing services in the areas of Systems Development, II Infrastructure, Information Security and IT Governance.
