Source environment comprised of over 165 million individual files and 270 TB of document data. Savings of executing migration in-house versus contracting the work, based on quotes, was ~$200,000.• Pioneered another Cloud NAS solution, Nasuni which provides an AD integrated, high performance, highly secure, and low latency NAS/fileshare solution with a small physical footprint on premise edge caching device whose “gold copy” of data is stored in Azure.• Authored governance and monitoring tool to ensure standards/policy compliance of AWS Snapshot Backups orchestrated by a 3rd party product, CPM (Cloud Protection Manager)• Continue to provide focused mentoring and coaching to the delivery teams in Cloud Storage and Backup/Recovery solutions.

• Led technology evaluation and eventual design and coordinated with delivery team the implementation of Cloud Protection Manager (CPM) that is used to automate, orchestrate and catalog AWS snapshot backups and snapshot replication for DR of Cloud based applications.• Implemented and maintained EMC NetWorker backup suite in AWS cloud to globally meet continuous database backup requirements. • Supported SAP HANA commercialization, including defect identification and repair during installation process.• Led Data Center storage migration efforts. Provided essential role in the migration of Company SAP environments.• Designed RecoverPoint disk replication solution (for DR and backup/recovery) to protect locally and remotely replicate multi-TBs of data for over a dozen Unix/Windows/VMware hosts.• Implemented corporate Data Center SSD/flash storage strategy – Pure Storage and XtremIO resulting in a 72% performance improvement in the company’s flagship SAP ERP system.• Developed, published (on github), and utilized an Enterprise class Python based system, The Pure Storage Enhanced Snapshot Facility, a customized suite of three (3) basic custom multithreaded tools enhancing the Protection capability that ships with Pure Storage disk subsystem arrays.
