Collaborated with a small, nimble, and mobile team to produce the vCloud Air microsite. My work included website localization, site maintenance, and other projects for well-trafficked marketing website for VMware's hybrid cloud service solution. Localization projects involved strategic, customer-focused vision and planning; cross-team and cross-cultural coordination; and lots of phone calls at funny hours. I worked with translation teams, our remote production team, and product teams throughout VMware to help VMware and vCloud Air reach customers and clients around the world.

Deluxe Foods was an award-winning jam, jelly and preserve company based in Seattle, Washington. As Chief Tasting Officer, I did everything required to plan, open, and run a successful artisan food business. • Wrote business plan and did all pre-opening research and licensing.• Managed busy kitchen and trained and guided three employees, from fruit chopping through jar sealing.• Handled wholesale and retail sales and accounting, as well as logistics for a busy and popular farmers' market booth.• Maintained beautiful website and managed all order fulfillment for busy online shop.• Wrote all marketing copy and managed social media accounts including Twitter and Facebook.• Taught jam-making classes and spoke on panels for entrepreneurs.• Had a great time and made a lot of people happy.
