My responsibilities included working with our volunteer DJ staff, which I grew from under 90 to 120+ in a year, in addition to coordinating with our community DJ members, programming new shows and new DJ training and onboarding. I focused on creating incentive programs for the DJ staff to encourage strong performances and hard work. I also coordinated interviews with local musicians for the DJs.

Worked as a process writer for audit paperwork and tracess training documents for the Engineering Solutions department. Traveled to a customer site in Vermont for a week and worked in a plant on maintenance records and P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).

My responsiblities included creating content for wloy.org, as well as the WLOY Facebook page, tumblr, twitter, snapchat and instagram. I also worked as the photographer at WLOY promotions and late night coffee houses.

I worked with local businesses in Baltimore to create a partnership founded on underwriting and community presence on the Loyola University campus.
