CBRE acquired the Global Workplace Solutions division of Johnson Controls, Inc. on 1 September 2015. I am still a member of the FM account team in Lilly's Indianapolis facilities. In my new role, I'm responsible for all of the same programs I had as a Program Manager. I also manage a fantastic team, responsible for:- KPI development, data collection, and reporting- Training assignment, compliance, and tracking- Customer satisfaction- Onboarding/ offboarding of all account employees and subcontractors- Contract change management- Technical document writing, management, and compliance- Continuous improvement- Environmental compliance- Change and event management (CAPA)My transformation title/ role means I'm in charge of managing any change that comes to the account team, whether initiated from within, by the client, or from corporate. This happens frequently and comes with a very diverse set of circumstances. I also dabble in the world of GMP Quality & Compliance. In other words, if there's a program or initiative that doesn't fit neatly into any of the account's functional units, I'm responsible for it.Recently, as CBRE has begun engaging with Elanco's facilities (acquired from Novartis), I've assumed the lead role in transitioning those sites and their personnel into CBRE and the Lilly account team.

I manage the following programs for the Eli Lilly & Co. account:- Energy efficiency- Engineering Standards compliance- Maintenance Excellence implementationActing as an "internal consultant," I've led several cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes for our project management, procurement, and operations groups. I also mentor new and aspiring six sigma black belts on the account, helping them choose and work through their projects.The JCI facilities management team at Lilly consists of nearly 300 employees, responsible for more than 10MM sq ft. Facilities include lab/ R&D, production development, data center, warehousing, and administrative space at their Indianapolis corporate headquarters and Technology Center.

I oversee the retro-commissioning portion of ComEd's Energy Efficiency Program. As such, I am responsible for oversight of the RCx Program Administrator and Service Providers. I am also responsible for developing the program's growth and diversification strategy. In addition, I coordinate the RCx division's efforts with those of key stakeholders, trade allies, and customers.
