Served as internal consultant to lead strategic projects for the President to provide a discrete set of deliverables, recommendations and plans for ongoing project management. Constituted and led cross-departmental working group to research and develop a proposal for a new program to raise visibility and positively impact admissions. Conducted comprehensive internal review of a functional unit with 5-year average deficit of 20%. Co-managed restructure to create consistent policies and communicate procedures, prioritize physical facility needs, improve operational efficiency, and evaluate/adjust pricing.

Led talented team to develop a U.S. market entry plan for Haltian’s internet-of-things device. Project lead, strategist, client liaison, and documentary spokesperson for master’s thesis consulting project. Selected as 2016 GAP Fellow, among top 5% of all 2015 GAP students, to actively mentor MBA teams, participate in panel discussions, provide feedback to assigned teams on presentations, review business plans, and otherwise serve as a resource to GAP students.

Worked closely with VP and senior management to develop and implement strategic objectives to successfully execute a $500M fund raising campaign (5 times larger than the prior campaign). Partnered with 6 department directors and HR to handle personnel issues for 85 full time employees. Reorganized reporting of 6 administrative assistants to improve efficiency. Served on Provost Search Committee 2006-2007. Managed $9M division budget, planning and standardization of expense policies. Prepared for and presented at annual budget hearings with VP and CFO. Led significant physical projects with architects and contractors to execute 10 departmental moves, including the entire division as part of a joint renovation with the President’s Office, as well as a cross-city move. Proactively evaluated and improved operating procedures, communications, and technology resources.
