Late stage Startup Software Vendor (ISV): Developed and hosted SaaS based Multi-Tenant ERP system for the Commercial Construction Industry. ► Lead 7x24 operations of a 20 person cross-functional team to host, support, operate, maintain, in addition to design, build and test the hosted SaaS based ERP system.► Software Development Group – Managed a team of 4-6 staff responsible for new functionality, maintenance and 3rd level support. Ownership for sourcing, hiring, coaching the team.► Technical Services Group – Rebuilt, lead and coach 4-6 staff, application and network administrators, responsible for 7x24 production environments. ► QA – Rebuilt, managed and coached a team of 4-5 staff, who also owned 2nd level support. ► Manage $1.5M budget to operate high-availability co-location hosting infrastructure, software development, QA and back office infrastructure. Startup Software Vendor (ISV): Incubed developed an Enterprise Benefits Management System ("BMS") for the insurance carrier industry. First time such a system was built on the Microsoft 3-tier platform.► Technical Account Manager – Primary client interface, accountable for all technical implementation activities for complete change in LOB application platform. ► Project Management – Managed the SDLC phases of 6 simultaneous Microsoft-based development projects (teams), comprised into an integrated suite of enterprise software products. Each team comprised of Business Analyst prime, Software Development lead and/or architect, Database developer prime and/or architect, and QA prime. ► Implemented a corporate product delivery plan, with release dates, which was shared monthly with external stakeholders to manage change, risks and expectations.
