Oversee globally dispersed software development teams across the US, Europe, and India for a FinTech organization providing software solutions for the Payments and Insurance markets.

Managed a team of developers and QA engineers to create a new React.js + Java application that calculated and projected a business's cash flow under various conditions. Worked cross-functionally with other department leaders, established and monitored technical standards, and delivered weekly progress reports and demos to the CTO. Served as team leader for a development group which built out an inner source component library system from scratch to support and unify over 12 existing web applications, and led support of the library for 4 years after initial deployment. By working alongside UX designers and researchers, working across 8 product teams to gather requirements, and following well planned and executed process, the team was able to construct a robust, scalable library that evolved with technical changes. Integral to creating a new application that allowed insurance companies to access a global database of lawyers in specific industries, allowing the capability to create assignments for insurance cases and develop the parameters to find the right lawyer for any case or legal matter.

Performed as an architect and lead developer for the user interface layer of multiple enterprise SAAS applications for the Insurance and Financial Technology markets.Provided technical leadership for a team of 5 developers across USA, Ukraine, and Poland while working on new features and legacy maintenance tasks.Led the creation of company-wide documentation and best practices for UI architecture and hosted monthly meetings with senior developers and other technical leaders to discuss global architectural direction and concerns.
