Responsible for Product Marketing and functionality definition FPGAConnector (A product that bridges the gap between FPGA and PCB flows and which became the basis for Mentor Graphics I/O Designer). Initiated and lead product development with a group of 5 new software engineers based in Katowice, Poland.
