Worked as a contract software engineer at various companies including The Interaction Consortium and Swift Stack. Often responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects from requirements gathering all the way through to delivery.

I started with Leximancer in the middle of 2008 as a software engineer and continued in that role until the middle of 2009. For the next year and a half I subcontracted for Leximancer during which time I lead the development of a web based information mining tool funded by the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s office.In 2011 I resumed full time with Leximancer in an expanded role of Product Manager. During this time I lead the development of a number of applications and orchestrated the deployment of these applications on to various platforms including Amazon's cloud.

Originally at Daesim as part of my University Degree, the company put me on fulltime once my placement was over. I continued at Daesim for a little over a year being involved in the full lifecycle of software development of various Java based web applications. I worked on both the frontend, backend, building, deployment and testing of the applications I was involved in developing.
