I'm a UK-qualified actuary with specialism in M&A transactions, working across Pensions, Benefits and HR. I support clients with setting overall deal strategy and project management, conducting due diligence, and executing post-signing workstreams. To date, I have worked on 150+ transactions, ranging from single-country owner buy-outs to multi-billion global integrations, for both Corporate and Private Equity clients.In the pensions space, I have direct experience in most markets, including IFRS/US GAAP accounting, valuations and UK GMP equalisation. I have also conducted both global/local pension studies, including assessments of NATO state member pensions, reviews of developing/emerging DC markets and global ‘blue-sky' reviews of pensions options (cost vs efficiency). I have a strong track record of delivering complex global projects and dealing with wide variety of stakeholders. I particularly enjoy designing effective processes and collaborating with others. At Aon, I am regularly involved in RfP's, pitches and business development. I see myself as a collaborative individual, who works hard to achieve tangible outcomes for my colleagues and clients.
