- A year-long program offering unique leadership opportunities for emerging, LGBTQ+ leaders to create change within themselves and in their communities.- Social Impact Grant program designed to help create solutions and sustainably empower vulnerable communities through strategically investing resources and inspiring confidence in passionate LGBTQ+ youth leaders who want to contribute to transformational change in people, organizations, and communities.- Honing heart-centered leadership, a wisdom-based and science-informed methodology for high-impact leadership and self-discovery.- Proposed Project: Transformative Cuts, an initiative to provide free haircuts to the transgender and houseless communities, while providing blood pressure, blood glucose, and health screening opportunities in partnership with the affiliated health faculties of Yale University (Yale University Schools of Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health, in addition to the Physician Associate Program).

- Director of student-run NGO at the University of Cambridge that partners with local change agents in Tanzania to collaboratively address development challenges (70 student volunteers). - The Cambridge Development Initiative works in Dar Es Salaam and Naalarami, Tanzania, and takes a holistic approach to tackling key development issues by piloting innovative, community-driven projects.- CDI seeks to improve physical and emotional wellbeing by engaging local communities and empowering local leaders to reach sustainable health solutions (http://www.cambridgedevelopment.org/health.html). - CDI is partnered with KITE Tanzania, a youth-led global organization dedicated to the advancement of global citizenship by helping university students create meaningful initiatives for the development of disadvantaged communities around the world (https://www.kitedsm.org/).

- Partnering with ShuleDirect, an online platform which provides educational content for secondary school students in Tanzania, to develop a curriculum focused on sexual and reproductive health and mental health education;- Scaling up a soap/detergent-making entrepreneurship initiative in collaboration with KITE Dar Es Salaam, a youth-led NGO dedicated to the advancement of global citizenship;- Spearheading a public health-focused Theatre for Social Change project (TfSC);- Designing health communication campaigns (health-focused TV and radio announcements);- Coordinating a pilot of Vesma, a low-cost pulley-driven ventilation fan aimed to reduce household pollution.

- With a passion for health communication and journalism, I completed an inaugural Fellowship with the Harvard Public Health Review (now the HPHR Journal). - During my fellowship, I wrote on a range of topics including migration, sex work, and cyberbullying. - Massachusetts COVID-19 Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) is a partnership of four groups:• MA COVID-19 Command Center• Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority (CCA)• Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH)• Partners In Health (PIH)- The goals of the Massachusetts COVID-19 Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) are to offer a 1) comprehensive approach to address the magnitude of the COVID-19 health crisis; 2) design, deliver & operate scalable containment services/leverage unique expertise of the four partnered organizations, and 3) utilize technology, people and data to reach every person with a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 and their contacts to control the spread of the pandemic.

Researched nonprofit hospitals’ community health needs, coordinated a Theater for Social Change project to highlight African refugees’ experiences of discrimination in healthcare settings, and examined the potential of group medical care to optimize health system performance through improved patient experience, better health outcomes, and the reduced cost of health care.
