I had to train and certify every new individual that started work there, most of these people I got hired there. Arby’s little compensation for bringing people to their business. If the person stays 60 days or more they give you fifty dollar incentive, but whom really stays in fast food for more than two months? When I started my employment this store was ranked 37th overall. After putting in 40+ hours a week and assisting the team in achieving two of the most prestigious awards in the industry. (Fastest Drive-thru and Friendliest Drive-thru) Along with the fact our customers thought we gave perfect service 73-82%, with these numbers we led southern Minnesota. This success came from being trainable, teamwork, and the will to succeed. Getting all that success came with a price, headaches, small pay checks, and lack quality time with my family.
