My job role for my first year on the EOP IBEC Graduate program was Co-operative Marketing and Digital PR Assistant at Tourism Ireland which required me working closely with both the Destination PR officer in the Dublin office and the overseas publicity officer based in the Coleraine office.Some of my duties in this role included:• Managing the Media Room including uploading fresh content centrally (news releases, story ideas, itineraries, imagery and video content), and facilitating user access & training needs for as well as addressing ongoing maintenance issues that may arise • Assisting with the compilation of reports on media activity worldwide, monitoring media evaluation and providing day to day support for the publicity evaluation system• Administrate publicity budgets & procedures • Assist with the delivery of a full set of market publicity plans to Failte Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland. This includes the successful execution of planning workshops during Q4 2014.• Report on results to internal and external stakeholders

My job role at Nuprint was primarily Customer Service Executive with elements of Quality Control and sales. I worked in Nuprint for 3 years, carrying out different elements of marketing along while simultaneously studying for my degree in Business Studies with Marketing. • Gained firsthand experience in customer service and sales.• Competent on the company’s MIS System which is the company’s foundation and affects the entire running off production. • Taken responsibility for leading the customer service and design department.• Developed new and valuable skills including leadership skills, delegation & scheduling.• Worked successfully with Invest NI to carry out effective market research.• Successfully established, maintained and nurtured relationships with the Top customers.
