We built a clean and intuitive UI layer on stop of Elasticsearch, and data connectors to easily centralize your business data- Developed AI/ML modes to predict dangerous sections of road and automatically recommend improvements to departments of transportation- Created a company culture document, but didn’t hire people that shared those values. Ended up creating a toxic culture which I’ve learned a lot from and have written a lot about.
