Telephony lead supporting Access Services Contact Center with over 250+ agentsManaged vendor relationships with AstraZeneca’s external telephony partners, providing support for cloud-based reporting solutions, CRM integrations, and handling escalations from initiation through completion.Supervised the discovery phase for new projects, coordinated between internal AstraZeneca teams and external partners, and tested domains and environments as required. Led an initiative to improve Contact Center call quality, resulting in replacement of VPN with Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP); improved call quality and reduced cost by 50%.

Created branded email campaigns based on client-approved templates (AstraZeneca) using DREAM.Coordinated creative project management, working with brand teams and 3rd-party agencies to ensure that content requirements were met for all email campaigns.Liaised with an internal offshore team to provide handoff/source files for all email assets; responded to email-related queries with additional direction.Provided Quality Assurance (QA) testing for all email campaigns to ensure inclusion of brand requirements; checked and corrected scripts for backend testing, sent out internal test blasts to verify design and functionality.

Migrated multiple brand websites to a new platform (NEXUS); sites included FASLODEX, ARIMIDEX, and SEROQUEL XR, developed using Adobe CQ5 (Adobe Experience Manager).Implemented HTML and CSS to replicate user interface of migrated sites.
