• 6 years of experience as a Mechanical Design engineer with hands on experience in Design and development of Turbocharger components and well versed with Project management, Quality and Leadership.• Expertise in Product design of Turbocharger packaging design for customer requirements.• Experience in handling new product development (NPD) in manufacturing environment, design to reduce tooling cost, cycle time reductions and design for assembly, service.• Interaction with Customer/vendor for Technical Clarifications about the Products. • Expertise in stack up calculations for assembly.• Having good knowledge in sheet metal, sand foundry, Material selection and Manufacturing Process.• Expertise in PRO E & CREO Parametric 3.0 - Part Modeling (Surface & Solid), Assembly, Sheet metal and Detailing.• Hands on experience in PDM Software- Windchill.• Skilled in Top-Down Approach, Instance management, large assembly management, New Product Design, Product Life Cycle Management.• Familiar with Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Good team player with cross-functional and diverse Team.
