I have done an internship at Anthroplace Consulting Pvt Ltd, an established recruitment house based out of Kolkata. Currently, my role involves Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination and Follow up calls, Offer to roll out, and onboarding. I am also a part of Viraam, which is a collective founded by two officers in the civil services. It deals with subliminal gender-based violence. I am currently the head of their design team, coordinating with a team of 10+ people to make sure that the content which goes up on our Instagram (@gendernetwork) and Linkedin is aesthetically accurate to what the content is conveying. Along with illuminating the cause of subliminal violence, Viraam also holds talks on youtube, insta, and mentza with renowned personalities, including Gurchaten Sandhoo, the president of UN Globe among many more. I wish to continue working directly with people from diverse backgrounds, as I firmly believe a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace generates the most value for all the stakeholders involved.
