As a bilingual PM, I led the implementation for the largest diagnostic Imaging project in North America. The Quebec Vendor Neutral Archive Solution spearheaded by McGill University Hospital System and the Quebec Government. Primary role as senior project manager, I was responsible for customer engagement, solution implementation, team management, resource planning, revenue forecasting, and stakeholders management at the government level and at each medical institution. Serving as main point of contact for all matters of solution deployment, and client operations, including internal/external processes. Collaboration with modality vendors, RIS Solution, and VR solutions integration. Expectations included effectiveness in implementation methodology, and customer satisfaction. • Implementation leadership and coordinating program activities• Conceptualizing and sharing operational strategy for each hospital site and sharing domain knowledge expertise as required. • Engagement of McKesson product development teams and sys. engineers to resolve system issues• Provided status reports for Quarterly governance meetings • Anticipating risks and managing uncertainty while quickly improving, creating, and sharing solutions plan.• Completed transition to support and filed necessary project documentations, obtained customer feedback and reviewed lessons learned with project teams• Also was responsible for the provincial deployment of TeraRecon (Advance Visualization) and Segami Oasis (Nuclear Medecine)The McGill Integrated Health Network with the Montreal hospitals are an integrated network of 43+ medical facilities, and community clinics, mainly teaching and private hospitals funded by the government of Quebec (Ministry of Health and Social Services), Canada. The goal of the project was to centralize the archiving of diagnostic images and to allow clinicians to have access to those prior diagnostic images seamlessly anytime, anywhere at the point of care.
