The Quebec Vendor Neutral Archive Solution spearheaded by McGill University Hospital System and the Quebec Government. The goal of the project was to centralize the archiving of diagnostic images and to allow clinicians to have access to those prior diagnostic images seamlessly anytime, anywhere at the point of care.
