Managed the Enterprise integration of MEDITECH Imaging and Therapeutic Services module (Radiology, Cardiology, and Sport Medicine) at Christus Health System. As part of the Unity Project Team, I had overall project ownership of 4 system hospitals within the Gulf-Coast region. Responsible for project life-cycle, core-team management at each hospital, task assignment, and developing training materials.
