My experience spans the British military and financial services sector, focusing on risk management strategy, risk transfer and programme development, in a national and international context. I'm known for delivery and client/customer focus, bringing clarity, transparency and openness to the risk management process, to achieve results.By taking the time to understand my clients' risk appetite, management strategy, governance and management control structures I ensure a comprehensive insurance and risk management programme is put in place, with the right insurance policies, under the best possible terms from insurers. My areas of expertise include errors and omissions and directors' and officers' business risks, with a particular focus on the Third Sector and professional services firms.Outside of insurance and risk I'm interested in entrepreneurship, values- and purpose-based business, faith in the workplace and society, disaster and/with development, education and professional standards. I'm happy to connect with people interested in any of these topics, or who want to engage me as an insurance broker or risk adviser.
