This role is essential to ensure the efficient flow of operations and compliance with international transport regulations.- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment.- Prepare and review the documentation required for the export of goods, including commercial invoices, packing lists and other customs documents required depending on the EU Custom Tariff.- Conduct internal audits of the export process to ensure accuracy and compliance with current regulations.- Train staff in export procedures and regulations, as well as in the handling of documentation.- Monitor inventory and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that products are correctly labeled and stored.- Resolve any issues that arise during the export process and provide effective solutions.- Maintain updated administrative records and report any deviations to management.

SQA Sorting Supervisor:- Supervise the operations of more than 40 people in this department.- Immediately interaction with other departments to solve problems in the production processes due to quality incidents.- File quality complaints with suppliers for quality problems.- Identify suspicious products (raw material in the warehouse and still in transite) with quality alerts and retain them until they are 100% inspected by the Sorting department.- Analyze different databases in the system and update Excel tables to carry out the weekly plan and daily requirement to cover the needs of the production lines.Warehouse Supervisor (Receiving):- Supervise the operations of the import department.- Reception of trucks with raw material.- Updating the system with the new material received.- Coordinate the Physically move the raw material to the assigned locations.- Verify that the operations were carried out correctly.
